Now Hiring - Key Account Specialist in Franklin, WI

Custom Fabricating & Supplies, a recognized leading provider of industrial masking products and solutions, is growing and looking for a self-motivated and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team in Franklin, WI.

The successful Key Account Specialist candidate is extremely computer savvy, can juggle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. This position takes incoming phone calls, is responsible for quoting, processing customer orders and requests, and making up to 20 outbound calls a day in partnership with the assigned regional (outside) sales person. Please note, that this position requires some outbound calling to prospective and current clients in our industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process and record accurate and detailed customer data.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts.
• Gather customer requests and requirements.
• Analyze and audit customer documents.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Prepare and present data analysis reports.
• Implement and monitor solution strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relations.
• Assist in lead development.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external team members to meet customer needs.
• Ensure that all customers receive products and services on time.
• Establish and maintain effective, professional relationships.
• Participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities.
• Cold calling

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Three (3) years customer service/sales support experience, manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient with CRM and ERP systems.

Key Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional presentation.
• Technical capacity with basic math skills
• Strong organizational skills - excellent note taking abilities are needed!
• Previous experience in a CRM and/or ERP system is helpful
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to perform outbound and cold calls to prospective businesses
